Got a vehicle you're finally ready to part with? The deciding is the hard part, and that's behind you. From here, Wee Pay Cash For Cars keeps it refreshingly painless: reach out, hear your number, give us the nod, and we'll arrive with cash in hand. No dragged-out process, no games.
We buy cars for cash all over Ithaca and the surrounding Gratiot County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
Plenty of folks figure a tired old car is worth next to nothing — dead engine, dented panels, or parked so long the tires have gone flat. Here's the truth: we'll take it in whatever shape it's in, and the figure tends to surprise people in the best way. Call 800-219-4551 and we'll tell you what yours is genuinely worth.
Anyone can post an ad promising to buy your car. A lot of them will dangle a tempting number, then disappear once they've seen it, or shave the price the moment they're standing in your driveway. That's simply not how we work.
We service every part of Ithaca, including:
From your first phone call to cash in your pocket, it's just three steps — no detours, no surprise charges.
Give us the year, make, model, and rough condition. A genuine offer comes back inside two minutes — nobody calling you back later, nobody twisting your arm.
Say yes and choose a time that suits you — frequently same-day or the day after. We roll out to wherever the car sits in Ithaca: your place, your job, anywhere. You stay put.
Our driver shows up with the paperwork, loads the car, and puts payment in your hands before pulling away. Start to finish in well under half an hour.
You've probably heard how it goes elsewhere: a high number to reel you in, then the driver arrives, "finds" a bad converter or a shot transmission mount, and suddenly your offer is $300 lighter. We've lost count of how many Ithaca sellers have told us that exact story. We price your car honestly up front, and that figure is what we hand over — full stop.
After you take the offer, we'll line up a pickup slot built around your schedule — commonly same-day or next-day if you're anywhere in Ithaca or the wider Gratiot County area. Our trucks are out this way constantly, so finding a time is almost never a problem. One call and it's booked.
Signing a car over in Michigan comes with more forms than most folks bargain for — doubly so when the title is tangled or there's still a loan attached. Our drivers bring every document, handle this process daily, and file it right the first time, so nothing comes back to bite you down the road.
Once your Ithaca vehicle is ours, it moves on to a second life — resold, broken down for parts, or recycled at licensed yards that follow every Michigan environmental rule. Nothing gets dumped or left behind; each car is dealt with the right way.

Ithaca serves as the county seat of Gratiot County, Michigan, positioned near the geographical center of the state's lower peninsula. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 2,853 residents. The city is governed through a council-manager system and sits at the junction of four townships: Emerson to the northeast, Arcada to the northwest, Newark to the southwest, and North Star to the southeast, though it operates as an independent municipality. Covering 5.28 square miles, Ithaca is entirely rural in character.
The community has a rich history dating back to 1850 when James J. Bush arrived as the first recorded settler. John Jeffery, who came from New York State, purchased land in 1853 and relocated permanently in 1855. He platted the area in 1856 under the name Gratiot Center, laying out streets, lots, and blocks with the assistance of Sidney S. Hastings. The settlement's first post office, also called Gratiot Center, was established on November 16, 1855. In 1856, the location was designated as Gratiot County's county seat. The name changed to Ithaca on April 13, 1857, honoring Ithaca, New York. The community incorporated as a village in 1869 and achieved city status in 1961. Today, Ithaca supports a unified public school system serving the surrounding communities and maintains four parks, including the Woodland Park and the Ithaca Dog Park, providing recreational opportunities for residents of all ages.
