Got a vehicle you're finally ready to part with? The deciding is the hard part, and that's behind you. From here, Wee Pay Cash For Cars keeps it refreshingly painless: reach out, hear your number, give us the nod, and we'll arrive with cash in hand. No dragged-out process, no games.
We buy cars for cash all over Lapoint and the surrounding Uintah County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
Plenty of folks figure a tired old car is worth next to nothing — dead engine, dented panels, or parked so long the tires have gone flat. Here's the truth: we'll take it in whatever shape it's in, and the figure tends to surprise people in the best way. Call 800-219-4551 and we'll tell you what yours is genuinely worth.
Anyone can post an ad promising to buy your car. A lot of them will dangle a tempting number, then disappear once they've seen it, or shave the price the moment they're standing in your driveway. That's simply not how we work.
We service every part of Lapoint, including:
From your first phone call to cash in your pocket, it's just three steps — no detours, no surprise charges.
Give us the year, make, model, and rough condition. A genuine offer comes back inside two minutes — nobody calling you back later, nobody twisting your arm.
Say yes and choose a time that suits you — frequently same-day or the day after. We roll out to wherever the car sits in Lapoint: your place, your job, anywhere. You stay put.
Our driver shows up with the paperwork, loads the car, and puts payment in your hands before pulling away. Start to finish in well under half an hour.
You've probably heard how it goes elsewhere: a high number to reel you in, then the driver arrives, "finds" a bad converter or a shot transmission mount, and suddenly your offer is $300 lighter. We've lost count of how many Lapoint sellers have told us that exact story. We price your car honestly up front, and that figure is what we hand over — full stop.
After you take the offer, we'll line up a pickup slot built around your schedule — commonly same-day or next-day if you're anywhere in Lapoint or the wider Uintah County area. Our trucks are out this way constantly, so finding a time is almost never a problem. One call and it's booked.
Signing a car over in Utah comes with more forms than most folks bargain for — doubly so when the title is tangled or there's still a loan attached. Our drivers bring every document, handle this process daily, and file it right the first time, so nothing comes back to bite you down the road.
Once your Lapoint vehicle is ours, it moves on to a second life — resold, broken down for parts, or recycled at licensed yards that follow every Utah environmental rule. Nothing gets dumped or left behind; each car is dealt with the right way.

Lapoint is an unincorporated community in western Uintah County, Utah, situated along State Route 121 just inside the Uintah and Ouray Indian Reservation and west of Vernal, the county seat. The community sits at an elevation of 5,568 feet and is home to a post office serving ZIP code 84039. Deep Creek, a tributary of the Uinta River, flows southwest through the area. Originally named Taft in honor of President William Howard Taft, the community was renamed Lapoint because of its location on a southward-jutting spur or point of the Uinta Mountains. Lapoint experiences a semi-arid climate according to the Köppen Climate Classification system.
The region holds significant archaeological importance. Lapoint was settled atop the Fremont archaeological site known as Caldwell Village, named after the property where it was discovered. Excavated in 1966 by John Richard Ambler, the site yielded extensive evidence of ancient habitation, including 22 pithouses, nine pits, seven borrow pits, two isolated hearths, and human and dog burials. Artifacts recovered numbered over 5,000 pottery sherds, 14 restorable vessels, several thousand ground and chipped stone artifacts, over 400 bone, antler and shell artifacts, and some perishable items. A radiocarbon date of 520 AD was documented from charred roof timber, though pottery analysis suggests occupation between 1050 and 1200 AD. Agricultural plowing has destroyed much of the site's surface, leaving no visible remains today.
