Coleville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Mono County, California, situated at an elevation of 5,141 feet in the Antelope Valley along the West Walker River. The community's post office was established in 1868 and was named to honor Cornelius Cole, a United States senator. Today, Coleville is one of three northernmost communities in Mono County, bordered by Topaz to the north and Walker to the south.
