Got a vehicle you're finally ready to part with? The hardest part is deciding, and you've already done that. From here, Wee Pay Cash For Cars keeps things simple and straightforward: reach out, hear your offer, give us the go-ahead, and we'll show up ready to pay. No long wait, no runaround.
Napa is one of the communities we cover across Napa County, and we treat every pickup here like a neighbor doing a neighbor a favor. Wherever your car sits in town, we'll come out, look it over, and pay you on the spot.
Plenty of people assume an old clunker is worth next to nothing — dead engine, dented panels, or parked so long the tires have gone flat. Here's the truth: we'll take it in whatever shape it's in, and what we offer tends to surprise people in the best way. Call 800-219-4551 and we'll tell you what your car is really worth.
Anyone can post an ad promising to buy your car. Plenty will dangle a tempting offer, then vanish once they've seen it — or quietly shave the price the moment they're standing in your driveway. That's not how we work.
We service every part of Napa, including:
From your first phone call to cash in your pocket, it's just three steps — no detours, no surprise charges.
Give us the year, make, model, and rough condition, and we'll have a real offer for you in about two minutes.
Say yes and pick a time that works for you — often same-day, or within 24 to 48 hours. We come out to wherever the car sits in Napa: your place, your job, anywhere. You stay put.
Our driver shows up with the paperwork, puts payment in your hands, and then tows the car away. Start to finish in well under half an hour.
The price we quote is the price you get. As long as your car matches what you described, nothing changes at pickup.
Tell us a time that works for you, anywhere in Napa or Napa County. We come to you — you don't drive anywhere.
Selling a car in California takes a few forms, and our driver brings what's needed and walks you through it. The car does need a clear title in your name — no active loans or liens.
Every car we buy could be potentially resold at auction, or used for parts, or recycled at a licensed California yard. Nothing gets dumped or left behind.
Every car we look at in Napa falls into one of a few buckets below — and every one of them gets a real cash offer.
Starts, drives, and still has life left in it. These usually get our strongest offers since less work is needed before resale.
Rusted through, stripped, or simply too far gone to drive again. We still buy these and pay based on weight and scrap value.
Carries a salvage title or was written off by insurance after an accident. We buy these with or without paperwork in hand.
Blown engine, seized motor, slipping gears, or stuck in park — mechanical failures like these don't change whether we'll buy it, just the number.
Lost it or never had it? Missing paperwork slows things down a little, but it rarely stops a sale. Note: we're not able to buy cars with an active loan still on them.
No surprise deductions when our driver shows up. The number we give you over the phone or online is the number you get paid.
There's no towing fee folded into the offer and no fee taken out after. Pickup and tow are always free in Napa.
Running, wrecked, missing parts, or sitting on a salvage title — we evaluate every car in Napa on its own, not by a blanket rule.
You get paid on the spot at pickup, before the car ever leaves your driveway.
Selling a car in Napa means signing the title over the right way. Title rules are set at the state level, so here's exactly what California asks of you — and remember, when you sell to us, our driver brings the paperwork and walks you through every step at pickup.
In California, sign the front of the title on line 1A as the registered owner; a second registered owner signs on line 1B. Then complete the odometer and sale-price lines.
No — notarization is not required.
Keep your plates — they stay with you and can transfer to your next car.
No problem — file an Application for Duplicate Title (REG 227) with the CA DMV.
No title in hand? We regularly buy cars without titles in California — have your ID and registration handy.
Good to know: California requires a smog certification on most sales, though many older and non-running cars are exempt.

Napa is the largest city and county seat of Napa County, located in the North Bay region of the Bay Area in Northern California. As of July 2024, the city had a population of 76,921 and has become a major tourist destination known for its wineries, restaurants, and arts culture.
The word "Napa" derives from Native American language, most plausibly from the Patwin word napo, meaning "house." The area was originally spelled with two Ps—Nappa—on maps and deeds dating back to the mid-1850s before the present spelling was adopted.
The city's recorded history began with an 1823 expedition led by Padre José Altimira into Napa Valley, which was then home primarily to Native Americans. The first American settlers arrived in the 1830s. Nathan Coombs founded the City of Napa in 1847 on property from Nicolas Higuera, original holder of Rancho Entre Napa. The town flourished with steamship commerce on the Napa River and became an economic hub during the Gold Rush of the late 1850s and the silver rush that followed in 1858. Chinese laborers from Canton arrived at county mines in the early 1860s, establishing a settlement that grew to over 300 people by the 1880s.
Napa's economy diversified through industries including lumber, tanning, and glove manufacturing. The famous Napa leather was invented by Emanuel Manasse in 1875 at the Sawyer Tanning Company. Napa was incorporated on March 23, 1872, and reincorporated as the City of Napa in 1874. By the twentieth century, it had established itself as the primary business and economic center for Napa Valley.
