Plenty of people assume an old clunker is worth next to nothing — dead engine, dented panels, or parked so long the tires have gone flat. Here's the truth: we'll take it in whatever shape it's in, and what we offer tends to surprise people in the best way. Call 800-219-4551 and we'll tell you what your car is really worth.
Anyone can post an ad promising to buy your car. Plenty will dangle a tempting offer, then vanish once they've seen it — or quietly shave the price the moment they're standing in your driveway. That's not how we work.
We service every part of West Blocton, including:
From your first phone call to cash in your pocket, it's just three steps — no detours, no surprise charges.

Say yes and pick a time that works for you — often same-day, or within 24 to 48 hours. We come out to wherever the car sits in West Blocton: your place, your job, anywhere. You stay put.
Our driver shows up with the paperwork, puts payment in your hands, and then tows the car away. Start to finish in well under half an hour.
The price we quote is the price you get. As long as your car matches what you described, nothing changes at pickup.

Selling a car in Alabama takes a few forms, and our driver brings what's needed and walks you through it. The car does need a clear title in your name — no active loans or liens.
Every car we buy could be potentially resold at auction, or used for parts, or recycled at a licensed Alabama yard. Nothing gets dumped or left behind.
Every car we look at in West Blocton falls into one of a few buckets below — and every one of them gets a real cash offer.
Starts, drives, and still has life left in it. These usually get our strongest offers since less work is needed before resale.
Rusted through, stripped, or simply too far gone to drive again. We still buy these and pay based on weight and scrap value.
Carries a salvage title or was written off by insurance after an accident. We buy these with or without paperwork in hand.
Blown engine, seized motor, slipping gears, or stuck in park — mechanical failures like these don't change whether we'll buy it, just the number.
Lost it or never had it? Missing paperwork slows things down a little, but it rarely stops a sale. Note: we're not able to buy cars with an active loan still on them.
No surprise deductions when our driver shows up. The number we give you over the phone or online is the number you get paid.
There's no towing fee folded into the offer and no fee taken out after. Pickup and tow are always free in West Blocton.
Running, wrecked, missing parts, or sitting on a salvage title — we evaluate every car in West Blocton on its own, not by a blanket rule.
You get paid on the spot at pickup, before the car ever leaves your driveway.
Selling a car in West Blocton means signing the title over the right way. Title rules are set at the state level, so here's exactly what Alabama asks of you — and remember, when you sell to us, our driver brings the paperwork and walks you through every step at pickup.
In Alabama, sign the back of the title in the seller section and record the odometer reading.
No — notarization is not required.
Keep your plates — they stay with you and can transfer to your next car.
No problem — apply for a replacement title through the AL Department of Revenue (MVT 12-1 form).
No title in hand? We can often still buy it — bring your ID and registration and we will walk you through what Alabama needs.
Good to know: Vehicles 35 years and newer need an odometer disclosure on the title.

West Blocton is a town in Bibb County, Alabama, with a population of 1,217 according to the 2020 census. Located in northern Bibb County near the southern terminus of the Appalachian Mountains, the town was built on land once owned by Uriah Smith, near the company town of Blocton. The community's development was shaped largely by European immigration, particularly Italians who came to work in the area's mines. This heritage is reflected in a neighborhood once called "Dago Hollow" and now known as Little Italy.
West Blocton's economy was historically centered on coal mining, with the town founded in 1884. The area is particularly known for its historic beehive coke ovens, built in the late 1880s for coke production. West Blocton Coke Ovens Park now preserves the site of 460 of these ovens, offering visitors a boardwalk, walking paths, a wildflower garden, and birdwatching opportunities. However, by 2002, industry had left the town. Despite economic challenges and a downtown described as "a shell of its former self," the community has remained active rather than becoming a ghost town.
The town has produced notable figures including Colonel James B. Swindal, the Air Force One pilot during the Kennedy and Johnson administrations, and Mel Allen, the famous broadcaster for the New York Yankees. Today, West Blocton remains a rural community, with 100 percent of its residents living in rural areas according to the 2020 census.
