Clam Gulch is a small census-designated place on the west side of the Kenai Peninsula in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska. Known by its Dena'ina name, Qałnigi D'nazludt, the community sits on the shores of Cook Inlet between the communities of Cohoe to the north and Ninilchik to the south. The community first appeared on the U.S. Census as an unincorporated village in 1970 and was designated a census-designated place in 1980. Historically, Clam Gulch drew visitors to its beaches for clam digging during low tides, though this fishery has been closed since 2015 due to a population crash. Today, winter activities bring snow-machine enthusiasts to the area for poker runs, and Clam Gulch has previously served as a checkpoint for the Tustumena 200 Sled Dog Race.
The area's primary recreational attraction is Clam Gulch State Recreation Area, a 495-acre park featuring over 100 campsites and beach access.
