We buy cars for cash all over Harper Woods and the surrounding Wayne County area — running or not, any make, any model, free towing, scheduled pickup.
Plenty of folks figure a tired old car is worth next to nothing — dead engine, dented panels, or parked so long the tires have gone flat. Here's the truth: we'll take it in whatever shape it's in, and the figure tends to surprise people in the best way. Call 800-219-4551 and we'll tell you what yours is genuinely worth.
Anyone can post an ad promising to buy your car. A lot of them will dangle a tempting number, then disappear once they've seen it, or shave the price the moment they're standing in your driveway. That's simply not how we work.
We service every part of Harper Woods, including:
From your first phone call to cash in your pocket, it's just three steps — no detours, no surprise charges.
Give us the year, make, model, and rough condition. A genuine offer comes back inside two minutes — nobody calling you back later, nobody twisting your arm.
Say yes and choose a time that suits you — frequently same-day or the day after. We roll out to wherever the car sits in Harper Woods: your place, your job, anywhere. You stay put.
Our driver shows up with the paperwork, loads the car, and puts payment in your hands before pulling away. Start to finish in well under half an hour.
You've probably heard how it goes elsewhere: a high number to reel you in, then the driver arrives, "finds" a bad converter or a shot transmission mount, and suddenly your offer is $300 lighter. We've lost count of how many Harper Woods sellers have told us that exact story. We price your car honestly up front, and that figure is what we hand over — full stop.
After you take the offer, we'll line up a pickup slot built around your schedule — commonly same-day or next-day if you're anywhere in Harper Woods or the wider Wayne County area. Our trucks are out this way constantly, so finding a time is almost never a problem. One call and it's booked.
Signing a car over in Michigan comes with more forms than most folks bargain for — doubly so when the title is tangled or there's still a loan attached. Our drivers bring every document, handle this process daily, and file it right the first time, so nothing comes back to bite you down the road.
Once your Harper Woods vehicle is ours, it moves on to a second life — resold, broken down for parts, or recycled at licensed yards that follow every Michigan environmental rule. Nothing gets dumped or left behind; each car is dealt with the right way.
Every car we look at in Harper Woods falls into one of a few buckets below — and every one of them gets a real cash offer.
Starts, drives, and still has life left in it. These usually get our strongest offers since less work is needed before resale.
Rusted through, stripped, or simply too far gone to drive again. We still buy these and pay based on weight and scrap value.
Carries a salvage title or was written off by insurance after an accident. We buy these with or without paperwork in hand.
Blown engine, seized motor, slipping gears, or stuck in park — mechanical failures like these don't change whether we'll buy it, just the number.
Lost it or never had it? Missing paperwork slows things down a little, but it rarely stops a sale. Note: we're not able to buy cars with an active loan still on them.
No surprise deductions when our driver shows up. The number we give you over the phone or online is the number you get paid.
There's no towing fee folded into the offer and no fee taken out after. Pickup and tow are always free in Harper Woods.
Running, wrecked, missing parts, or sitting on a salvage title — we evaluate every car in Harper Woods on its own, not by a blanket rule.
You get paid on the spot at pickup, before the car ever leaves your driveway.

Harper Woods is an inner-ring suburb of Detroit located in Wayne County, roughly nine miles northeast of downtown Detroit. As of the 2020 census, the city had a population of 15,492. The city takes its name from both its original wooded landscape and Harper Avenue, its main thoroughfare, which was named for Walter Harper, founder of Harper Hospital in Detroit.
Harper Woods was incorporated as a city on February 19, 1951, emerging from what remained of Gratiot Township. The charter took effect on October 29, 1951, when the first city council was sworn in. Like many new suburbs, the fledgling city faced typical challenges including the development of schools, streets, sidewalks, water systems, and drainage infrastructure. The city's growth reflected the broader expansion of metropolitan Detroit during the 1950s and beyond. In 1955, Interstate 94 was approved, bisecting the eastern portion of the suburb. Construction soon began on Eastland Shopping Center, which opened in 1957 as one of the first outdoor malls in the Midwest.
Beyond its role as a residential suburb, Harper Woods has contributed to the cultural history of the Detroit area. The East Side Drive-In, which opened in 1938 as the first drive-in theater in Metro Detroit, operated at Harper Avenue until its closure in 1977. The Hideout, a popular teen dance club on Harper Avenue in the mid-1960s, hosted many Detroit-area musicians who achieved national prominence, including Bob Seger, Ted Nugent, and Glenn Frey. The city has also been referenced in literary works by notable authors and has been home to various accomplished residents across entertainment, sports, and literature.
