Plenty of folks figure a tired old car is worth next to nothing — dead engine, dented panels, or parked so long the tires have gone flat. Here's the truth: we'll take it in whatever shape it's in, and the figure tends to surprise people in the best way. Call 800-219-4551 and we'll tell you what yours is genuinely worth.
Anyone can post an ad promising to buy your car. A lot of them will dangle a tempting number, then disappear once they've seen it, or shave the price the moment they're standing in your driveway. That's simply not how we work.
We service every part of Palos Verdes Peninsula, including:
From your first phone call to cash in your pocket, it's just three steps — no detours, no surprise charges.
Give us the year, make, model, and rough condition. A genuine offer comes back inside two minutes — nobody calling you back later, nobody twisting your arm.
Say yes and choose a time that suits you — frequently same-day or the day after. We roll out to wherever the car sits in Palos Verdes Peninsula: your place, your job, anywhere. You stay put.
Our driver shows up with the paperwork, loads the car, and puts payment in your hands before pulling away. Start to finish in well under half an hour.
You've probably heard how it goes elsewhere: a high number to reel you in, then the driver arrives, "finds" a bad converter or a shot transmission mount, and suddenly your offer is $300 lighter. We've lost count of how many Palos Verdes Peninsula sellers have told us that exact story. We price your car honestly up front, and that figure is what we hand over — full stop.
After you take the offer, we'll line up a pickup slot built around your schedule — commonly same-day or next-day if you're anywhere in Palos Verdes Peninsula or the wider Los Angeles County area. Our trucks are out this way constantly, so finding a time is almost never a problem. One call and it's booked.
Signing a car over in California comes with more forms than most folks bargain for — doubly so when the title is tangled or there's still a loan attached. Our drivers bring every document, handle this process daily, and file it right the first time, so nothing comes back to bite you down the road.
Once your Palos Verdes Peninsula vehicle is ours, it moves on to a second life — resold, broken down for parts, or recycled at licensed yards that follow every California environmental rule. Nothing gets dumped or left behind; each car is dealt with the right way.

The Palos Verdes Peninsula, whose name comes from the Spanish words for "green sticks," is a peninsular subregion of southwestern Los Angeles County. It comprises five incorporated cities—Palos Verdes Estates, Rancho Palos Verdes, Rolling Hills, Rolling Hills Estates—along with the unincorporated community of Westfield/Academy Hill and the Los Angeles neighborhood of San Pedro. With a 2010 population of 65,008, the peninsula sits in the South Bay region, bordered by Torrance to the north and the Pacific Ocean to the west and south, with the Port of Los Angeles to the east. The hill cities are known for their scenic ocean and cityscape views, excellent schools, extensive horse trails, and high-value homes.
For thousands of years, the Tongva-Gabrieliño people made the peninsula their homeland, establishing settlements like Chowigna and Suangna and using the area as a departure point for their Channel Islands rancherías. European contact came in 1542 with João Cabrillo. During the Spanish and Mexican era, a Mexican land grant in 1846 created Rancho de los Palos Verdes, primarily used as a cattle ranch and briefly as a whaling station. In the American era, Frank Vanderlip purchased 25 square miles in 1913 for $1.5 million and, inspired by the peninsula's resemblance to Italy's Sorrentine Peninsula, hired the Olmsted Brothers to plan development. Though World War I delayed progress, Palos Verdes Estates opened for public inspection in June 1923, with the Olmsted Brothers' design dedicating a quarter of the land to permanent open space.
